Convenient change rooms and steam rooms are provided for members' comfort and convenience.

Change Room Features

The change room offers a comfortable space equipped with new coinless lockers, private changing areas, and other amenities, ensuring members can transition from workout to daily activities with ease and convenience.

Rental Lockers

Students can rent lockers by the semester. Public, alumni, faculty and staff members rent for the length of the membership.

Towel Service is included with locker rentals.

Steam Rooms

Steam Rooms

The KNA Change Rooms each feature a steam room, located next to the showers.

The steam rooms run on a 30 minute timer and may take time to heat up to full temperature if it hasn’t been used for a while. The timer is located just outside the door of each steam room. 

Best practice is to start the timer, have a shower, and it will be ready by the time you are done!

Gender neutral change room

Gender-neutral washroom and Change Room

Gender-neutral change and shower rooms are available for use. Two private rooms with a sink, toilet and shower are located past the Kinesiology Client Services desk towards the Red and Gold Gyms, KNA 107W and KNA 108W.

Gender‑neutral washrooms with sinks and eight stalls, including one accessible stall, is available in Kinesiology Block A (KNA 163W).

If you wish to access the Aquatic Centre, please notify a Client Services staff member, and they will guide you to an alternative entrance.
