NEW Programming!

We are proud to announce that we are extending the use of our very successful gymnastics curriculum to our Main Campus Location (Calgary) called the “Ladder Program”. This program been piloted at our Cochrane location with remarkable success and feedback from our clients just like you!

The Ladder Program has 24 steps on each apparatus, with multiple skill sets and drills within each step to help coaches to align with the gymnasts needs for further advancement.  The program has two main disciplines; 1) Girls Traditional Gymnastics that primarily focuses on Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam & Floor Exercise. 2) The Trampoline and Tumbling coed program that primarily focuses on Trampoline, Tumble Track, Floor, and other specialized equipment. Other apparatus such as rings, high bar, pommel horse, mini trampolines and other gymnastic related equipment will be used to support the overall gymnastics experience.

Our Recreation Ladder Program is designed to allow gymnasts to advance within their own age group and develop a strong understanding and love for the sport of gymnastics. Each class has a progressive skill-based program to build confidence, increase athletic ability, challenge gymnasts to learn proper techniques, and increase their skills sets. Skill sets are based on each individual gymnast, with focus on strong foundations that lead to more advanced skills as each gymnast progresses. We provide our staff with ongoing training opportunities, which will ensure that our families have access to the most up to date training techniques and current trends leading to your child’s success.

Registration is done by age and once registered, the coaches do the rest! We realize that your child’s birthday may fall just outside of a particular age group requirement, however, the age group connected with the program has been developed to meet the needs of the program and to support the best learning possible for everyone.
