Change Rooms

The women’s steam room in the Change Room – KNA is currently unavailable due to a critical mechanical failure, requiring a full replacement of the unit. Originally built over 20 years ago, we’ve managed the unit as best as possible until this failure occurred. 

Since the beginning, we have been working with external contractors and have ordered a new unit. However, given the age of the infrastructure, substantial pre-work and retrofitting (such as electrical upgrades, concrete padding, and alarm system upgrades) are necessary to accommodate the new unit. The unit also had to be custom-built to fit the existing dimensions, which has added to the delay. This is the challenge of integrating new technology into older infrastructure.

We apologize for the extended timeline and appreciate your patience. We’re hopeful that the steam room will be operational again very soon.
