Programs run from September to June.

Try outs will be held typically in the Spring of each year.  Parents are asked to attend an information session which is provided prior to the try out date. For more information and to register for both events, please click below.

Through the recommendation by the LTAD Coaches, gymnasts will be invited to participate in various Competitions, Training Camps, Fun Meets etc. Participants will be invited to these events and given the specific event code in order for them to know the specific event that pertains to each gymnasts specific level.  All policies provided by the host club will be required to be adhered to.

The Developmental and Competitive program is geared toward children who show a strong level of athletic aptitude and a desire to reach their full gymnastic potential. Children may be steered to another program based on regular assessments.
