This beginner play-based program introduces young climbers-to-be to the vertical world. Kids 4-6 years old will build confidence and physical literacy skills through bouldering and climbing games. Our kid-oriented instructors teach safety and emphasize making climbing FUN! Lessons are mostly on the bouldering wall with a few on the climbing wall (instructors belaying).
This beginner climbing series will get kids 7-10 years old excited to be active and explore their limits! Learn to belay and develop fundamental movement skills through play-based top rope climbing and bouldering.
Develop body awareness, coordination, and strength—and have tons of fun! In this introductory series, youth 11-14 years old attend weekly sessions with our dedicated coaches who teach key skills for climbing and belaying safely. No experience is required. Includes instructor and climbing equipment.
Love climbing and ready to learn more? This program offers a fun, social environment to develop climbing skills through top-rope climbing and bouldering. Our instructors incorporate body position, foot placement, warm-ups, and stretching into the sessions to increase fitness and build awareness around injury prevention.
Spend the winter holiday having fun and playing in the snow! We plan to drive to Kananaskis for 2 days of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and building snow forts. The other 2 days will be spent bouldering and/or wall climbing, swimming, building snow forts and more!
