Track and Field Youth Programs

Our goal is to provide an enjoyable activity setting where participants can develop:
·         Basic technical models for the main events of Track and Field
·         Physical Fitness qualities and general health
·         New friends
·         Life skills (Self-discipline, respect for authority, competitiveness, cooperativeness, sportsmanship, and self-confidence)

Ready-Set-Go (ages 7-11): Saturdays

Dinos Intermediate (ages 11-15): Sunday, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Summer Camps

Track and Field Summer Camps

Stand on the podium this year by enrolling in a Dinos Summer Track & Field Camp! Participants will be challenged both mentally and physically through many skill-specific drills in an competitive and encouraging environment, while training with other local athletes. Participants will experience first class coaching from the consistently nationaly ranked Varsity Men's and Women's track teams. This is the place to be if you want to pursue Track & Field at a higher level!
