Meet the trainers
All of our personal trainers would be happy to meet with you and build a program to suit your needs.
Tiffany Tse
MSc, BKin, CSEP-CPT
Tiffany believes exercise should be accessible, adaptable, and built around the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach. With a Masters in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology, she takes a thoughtful, people-first approach to training that prioritizes confidence, function, and long-term sustainability.
Tiffany has experience working with a wide range of populations, including elite athletes, the general population, older adults, and individuals living with chronic conditions or disabilities. Her work spans strength coaching, group fitness instruction, one-on-one and semi-private personal training, and preparing clients for occupational fitness testing. Across all settings, her focus remains the same: helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy being active.
She believes there is no single “right” way to move. Exercise should be flexible, functional, and supportive of real lives and real bodies. Tiffany’s goal is to help clients build a positive, empowering relationship with physical activity. She currently works one-on-one with clients and teaches HealthyU and Beast Mode classes, helping individuals build strength, confidence, and consistency in their movement.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys weightlifting, running, cycling, swimming, yoga, travelling, and exploring new restaurants—usually alongside friends and family.
