Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art based on the principle of non-conflict. You will use flowing, circular movements to blend with an opponent's attack and redirect it into a throw or immobilization, bringing the conflict to a peaceful resolution. Aikido techniques do not depend on physical strength and there is no competition. Training is cooperative, allowing those of different skill levels to practice together. Build flexibility, stability and coordination of body and mind.
