The University of Calgary Dinos are now offering year-round programming! Led by experienced varsity athletes and Dinos coaches, these programs provide high-quality instruction in a fun, supportive environment. Whether trying a new sport or aiming to advance to the next level, young athletes can stay ative, learn, and frow with the Dinos all year long.
Spring Break Camps
Get ready for an action-packed experience at the University of Calgary's Dinos Camps! Designed for young athletes, this dynamic camp offers the opportunity to explore a variety of sports such as Volleyball, Pickleball, Soccer, Basketball, Track and Field, and Ultimate Frisbee. Under the guidance of enthusiastic leaders, participants will learn the fundamentals of each sport and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.
Join the University of Calgary Dinos for an exciting Performance Camp designed for youth athletes passionate about sports! This camp focuses on enhancing athletic performance through expert coaching and tailored training in key areas such as speed, change of direction, conditioning, and performance testing. Whether you play soccer, football, rugby, field hockey, or any other sport, this camp will help you take your game to the next level. Dinos Track and Field
Our goal is to provide an enjoyable activity setting where participants can develop:
· Basic technical models for the main events of Track and Field
· Physical Fitness qualities and general health
· New friends
· Life skills (Self-discipline, respect for authority, competitiveness, cooperativeness, sportsmanship, and self-confidence)
