Mini University isn't just for summer. We offer school break camps and Birthday parties too!
The University of Calgary offers some of the best summer camps around. Lucky for you, there's no need to wait until summer to get a taste, register for a school break camp or make their birthday extra special by booking your own private event!
Of course, don't forget to sign up early for your favourite summer camps, Mini U fills fast! Summer Camp registration opens February 1.
Kids and youth programs come with free parking included during the time of the session.
Spring and Winter Break Camps
Summer has arrived this spring break! Mini University is excited to offer you the best of our summer programming while there isn't any school. Engage your child’s mind and body through a variety of fun activities offered by Mini University’s most popular camps. Campers will participate in a number of indoor games and sports as well as Lego building, arts & crafts, active gaming, science, racquet sports, gymnastics and more! Campers will also have the opportunity to play fun lifeguard-led games in the pool at our indoor Aquatic Centre! Everyone will have to do a swim test and lifejackets will always be readily available. Activities are presented as examples only and may change.
Celebrate your birthday with Mini U
We offer Birthday Parties from September to June when we aren’t running Summer Camps in July & August!
Mini University is excited to offer your family a memorable birthday party experience! Parties are hosted in Kinesiology on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:30 am-1:30 pm and 2:30-4:30 pm.
